My husband and I usually go on customised trips, having experienced the downfalls of large group situations. Therefore, I was a little hesitant about joining a group trip once again. However, my fears were put to rest on the very first day, with such a well organised trip and a lovely group of people.
The system with a couple per car worked really well and the wonderful guides and drivers were so friendly and attentive. Also, being a humble point and click person, I did wonder whether I would feel a little out of my league on a ‘photographic’ tour. Not so!
The group had varied skills of photography and Robin soon tuned into my needs and gave me some excellent tips for taking unusual photos. This has left me inspired to learn more. Thanks Robin.
Bhutan was on my wish list to visit. A land of beautiful scenery, such friendly people and a unique culture. I would just like to end by saying that I don’t usually plan to go back to a country as there are so many places on my wish list. However, I have now made a ‘must go back list’,…Bhutan!
